How Caviar.am handles enquiries, account information, browser storage and website analytics.
Enquiries
When you contact Caviar.am, the form sends your name, email address and message to our team. Corporate enquiries also include a company name and phone number. We use this information to respond to your request. Messages are delivered through Resend to our business mailbox; the website does not create a separate enquiries database. Copies may remain in the mailbox and email provider records.
Accounts
If you use the sign-in or sign-up pages, Clerk processes your account and session information. Authentication uses cookies and related browser storage to keep the session working. Browsing our public product and information pages does not require an account.
Shopping bag and favorites
Your shopping bag and favorites are saved in this browser's local storage, using product identifiers and quantities. They are not synchronized with your account across devices. You can remove individual items on the site or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Online payment and order submission are not currently available, and these forms do not request card details.
Website services and analytics
Vercel hosts the website, Sanity supplies published content and images, Clerk provides authentication, and Resend delivers enquiry emails. These services process the requests needed to operate their features. On the hosted website, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and usage, including page URLs, referrers and device or browser information. It does not use analytics cookies. Service providers may process data outside Armenia.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting an enquiry or creating an account. Clearing browser storage removes saved shopping items and may sign you out. Links to social networks lead to external services with their own privacy policies. This notice describes the current website and will need updating when its services or data handling change.
Privacy questions
For questions about your information, retention, or requests to access, correct or delete it, contact our team. Include the email address used for your enquiry or account so we can identify the relevant records. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
